Cylinder Feeders are designed specifically for WBU Bird Food Cylinders and Stackables™. There are several different styles of Cylinder Feeders; however typically feeders with a roof are preferred by many bird feeding enthusiasts as they keep Cylinders and Stackables™ dry. Cylinders and Stackables™ are great to offer as they are long lasting, thus stretching your bird feeding dollars further and creating less mess than feeding loose seed. Birds eat seeds and nuts off of the solid seed cylinder at a slower pace than eating "traditional" loose birdseed so it lasts longer. This gives you the same amount of enjoyment over a longer period of time and allows you to watch the birds for a longer period of time as they peck at the seeds. Cylinders and Stackables™ come in many varieties, and are popular with just about any bird that would visit your feeders including: chickadees, finches, cardinals, woodpeckers, doves, siskins, nuthatches, sparrows, redpolls, grosbeaks and jays. Cylinder Feeders may quickly become your favourite feeder!

WBU Seed Cylinder Bird Feeders: Unique bird food requires a unique bird feeder. Our WBU Seed Cylinder Bird Feeders are the perfect blend of creative design and bird feeding functionality. Whether you want to attract clinging birds such as woodpeckers, or perching birds like chickadees, these feeders will accommodate a variety of birds and their eating preferences. They're easy to fill and are capable of housing our small (2 lbs.) or large (4.5 lbs.) Seed Cylinders, Stackables™ and No-Melt Suet Dough Cylinders. This sleek feeder comes with either a red or green roof.

Seed Cylinder Feeder: Seed cylinders are a big hit with all of your birds, from woodpeckers to nuthatches, finches and many others. Watch your birds feed under the clear acrylic roof where your seed is protected from the weather, so your seed cylinder lasts a lot longer. Includes an eye hook for hanging from a metal bracket. Metal feeder features clear acrylic seed tray at the base with drainage holes. This way, the tray collects loose seed for less waste. Seed cylinder sold separately. 13 x 13 x 15 inches.

5-in-1 Cylinder Feeder:

Attract the widest variety of birds with the 5-in-1 feeder. This ranch style feeder has options to hold seed, seed cakes, 2 standard suet cakes and a 4 in. or 6 in seed cylinder. Easy to remove bottom cylinder tray and replace with seed in tray, or slide on a seed cylinder. Mix it up to attract woodpeckers, chickadees, northern flickers, nuthatches, wrens, warblers, thrushes, thrashers, and blue jays. Dimensions: 14.25 x 8 x 10.5

WBU Seed Cylinder Cage: Add a WBU Seed Cylinder Cage to our WBU Seed Cylinder Bird Feeder or WBU APS Seed Cylinder Finial to protect the food from squirrels and larger birds. Cages feature a 1.5 inch by 1.5 inch mesh and are easy to install. "On-Guard" Cages can fit over a variety of feeders and utilize 1½” openings which allow smaller birds to feed, but exclude European Starlings, Common Grackles and Eastern Gray Squirrels. These are perfect for deck rail feeding or for when the arrangement of trees in a yard won't allow the use of baffles.

Cage Dimensions: 11” x 13” diameter

NOTE: Cages with 1½” mesh do not work to keep Red Squirrels or Eastern Chipmunks out. They can fit through the bars of the cage and are too light to trigger many squirrel proof bird feeders. Please see out section on Stopping Red Squirrels and Stopping Eastern Chipmunks if you have these visitors in your yard.

WBU Tidy Cylinder Feeder: Featuring a tray that reduces the amount of uneaten seed debris that falls to the ground, our WBU Tidy Cylinder Feeder makes offering seed cylinders easy! Simply drop one of our exclusive seed cylinders (2 lbs.) or up to three Stackables™ into the feeder, hang, and watch your birds enjoy.

Our exclusively-formulated Seed Cylinders and Stackables™ keep birds at the feeders longer because they have to work to remove seeds. So instead of birds swooping in, grabbing a bite and taking off, Seed Cylinders give you a few extra moments of enjoyment and last longer than your standard loose seed blend.

WBU Suet Cylinder Feeder: Our Bird Food Cylinders are long-lasting and easy to use. But with our WBU Suet Cylinder Feeder, now it's even easier to attract suet-eating birds to your bird feeding station. Simply drop one of our exclusive No-Melt Suet Dough Cylinder into the powder coated metal feeder, hang, and watch your birds enjoy. This feeder has the capacity to hold one No-Melt Suet Dough Cylinder. Bird food and hardware not included.

WBU Suet Cylinder Log Feeder: This beautiful suet cylinder feeder is made of a hardy resin to mimic a log and give birds a natural suet cylinder feeding experience. It’s even easier to attract suet-eating birds such as woodpeckers, nuthatches and chickadees to your bird feeding station. Simply drop one of our exclusive No-melt Suet Cylinders in, hang the feeder in your desired location and watch your birds enjoy. Please note that this feeder does not support seed cylinders, and bird food not included. This feeder has the capacity to hold one No-Melt Suet Dough Cylinder.

Barrier Guard Seed Cylinder Feeder: Wanting to offer our WBU Bird Food Cylinders and Stackables™ to the birds, but want to avoid offering it to squirrels and/or larger nuisance birds such as starlings? This stunning feeder has the perfect balance of both problem solving and bird feeding functionality. Easy to fill and capable of housing our small (2 lbs.) or large (4.5 lbs.) Seed Cylinders, Stackables™ and No-Melt Suet Dough Cylinders, the centre pin holds seed cylinders securely in place. Elevator keeps seed off the bottom and drainage holes keep your seed cylinder dry. The feeder is surrounded by sturdy 16 gauge vinyl coated wire mesh lobster trap material with 1½” openings. Top and bottom are powder coated in an exclusive Copper Tint finish.

Cage Dimensions: 14" Wide, 8" High.

Barrier Guard Seed Cylinder Insert: Offering the ability to change up your existing Barrier Feeder, the Barrier Guard Seed Cylinder Insert allows you to switch out the existing feeder insert from any of our Barrier Feeders to create a Cylinder Feeder. Perfect for changing your food offerings seasonally without having to purchase a whole new feeder! Easy to fill and capable of supporting our small (2 lbs.) or large (4.5 lbs.) Seed Cylinders, Stackables™ and No-Melt Suet Dough Cylinders, the center pin holds seed cylinders securely in place. Elevator keeps seed off the bottom and drainage holes keep your seed cylinder dry. Changeover is accomplished in seconds and without tools by simply loosening the large thumb nut at the bottom of the feeder shell. This quick disassembly feature also allows for quick cleaning of the feeder.

WBU APS Seed Cylinder Finial: Add an extra feeder to your APS system with the WBU APS Seed Cylinder Finial. You simply attach to the top of the pole in place of the decorative finial and it works with any size seed/suet cylinder or seed character. This feeder allows you to add another feeding station to your Advanced Pole System® (APS) without taking up another hanger. The WBU APS Seed Cylinder Finial is compatible with both the WBU Multi-Feeder Seed Catcher Tray, WBU Flying Start Roof and WBU Seed Cylinder Cage for even more versatility.

WBU Flying Start Combo Feeder: Our WBU Flying Start Combo Feeder is a great introductory feeder for Stackables™ or Cylinders. These nifty little feeders come in either black and red and are able to accommodate three Stackables™ or one of our 2 lbs. Cylinders as well as any of our specialty cylinders. WBU Flying Start Combo Feeders can be hung almost anywhere including pole systems, hooks and decks and the specially designed large hook can accommodate tree branches. Available in red or black.

Bird Pin Feeder: Similar to our WBU Flying Start Combo Feeder, the Bird Pin Feeder is a great introductory feeder for Stackables™ or Cylinders. This versatile feeder can also be used to hold suet balls or fruit pieces. These elegant little feeders are green with various bird shaped toppers and are able to accommodate three Stackables™ or one 2 lbs. Cylinder as well as any of our specialty cylinders.

The Birdie Bell: The Birdie Bell is a secure, all-weather holder to offer your birds seed bells, fruit and nesting materials. Just put the clip on the bottom of the feeder and place food or nesting materials in the bell. The Birdie Bell feeder is ideal for offering our WBU Cranberry Bell or WBU Hot Pepper Cranberry Bell.

WBU Multi-Feeder Seed Catcher Tray: The Multi-Feeder Seed Catcher Tray is a versatile seed catcher that works with many of our most popular Seed Cylinder Feeders. such as the Flying Start Combo Feeder (red and black); our APS Seed Cylinder Finial; and our WBU Seed Cylinder Bird Feeders. Simply slide the tray into place and enjoy a tidy new version of your favourite feeder.

WBU Flying Start Roof: Our WBU Flying Start Roof is the perfect accessory for your WBU Flying Start Combo Feeder. Simply slide on your WBU Seed or Suet Cylinder or Seed Character and attach the roof to the top of the post. The Flying Start Roof comes in black, powder-coated steel and offers 7” of coverage, keeping your cylinders dry and protecting them from the elements. Especially handy when offering our Hot Pepper Products, ensuring they do not become diluted in the rain!
