Certified Bird Feeding Specialist

Emily has always had a deep love of nature and wildlife. This appreciation for the outdoors began with her spending her childhood summers exploring her grandmother’s hundred acres of beautiful and native plant-filled property. It was there that she found her happy place was anywhere the sun was shining! Ever since she was a young girl, Emily has been an advocate for animal rights. Signing petitions, learning about animal injustices in school/in her free time, and changing many aspects of her lifestyle to be more ‘for the animals’ played a huge role in her ongoing passion for wildlife.

Emily never imagined she would work at a place like Wild Birds Unlimited, where she can freely talk about birds and critters all day! Here, she has discovered a new found addiction: bird feeding! Having feeders up with lovely birdies visiting for a bite to eat everyday has given her the most wonderful joy and immense happiness. Bird feeding is now a forever hobby for her!
